4 Star Hotel
15th Century Palace
The hotel stands on the site of what was once the palace of the Marquis de la Romana, formerly Infantes or Gramática School. This splendid 16th-century architectural work is connected to the former San Juan Bautista Hospital, a 15th-century structure which today serves as the parador's courtyards. The entire complex was an important place of learning for medicine, surgery and grammar.

With its lovely interior courtyard filled with lemon and orange trees, secluded swimming pool, function room with fireplace, and views of the mountains and monastery, the Parador de Guadalupe will let your imagination soar, carrying you back to distant times and immersing you in the magic of a medieval village.

The hotel enjoys an incredible location on the site of the Royal Monastery of Guadalupe, which has been declared a World Heritage Site. The monastery complex is made up of four parts: church/basilica, auditorium building, Mudejar cloister and Gothic cloister. All are spectacularly beautiful.
